Be sure to ask your agency what directory listings they are automatically submitting to and if they are including claiming any listings manually. Some directories do not play well with the automated submissions, so they will need to be claimed by hand. Also, make sure they include claiming (if you haven’t already) and optimizing your Google listing manually for you. Google has many more features that you can take advantage of that are not readily available to update in the directory listing software available.
